FLYT Performance was founded by Amy Javens, a lifelong athlete and endurance coach with over 35 years of experience. A former high school state champion and collegiate hurdler, Amy transitioned to professional triathlon, earning titles as the first female PRO at the 2015 Beach to Battleship iron distance race and overall female winner at 2017 Ironman Los Cabos. She is a multiple Ironman World Championship and Boston Marathon qualifier
As a coach, Amy has trained thousands of athletes, led major charity teams, and held leadership roles in the endurance industry. Already the owner of CycleLife Indoor Cycling Studio, she founded FLYT Performance to combine her expertise as an athlete, coach, and educator. Her mission is to help athletes reach their peak by focusing on smart training, recovery, mental strategies, and continuous support.
