Why FLYT Performance?
At FLYT Performance, Amy and her team provide elite coaching, science-based training, and structured support to help athletes train smarter, race stronger, and reach their goals—whether they’re beginners or seasoned competitors.
Since retiring from professional racing in 2018, Amy has been fully dedicated to coaching endurance athletes through one-on-one and group programs, both virtually and in person. As Head Training Director for one of the nations largest charity endurance teams, she helped thousands cross the finish line while supporting meaningful causes.
Giving back is central to Amy’s mission. She has raised funds for ALS (in memory of her father), Alzheimer’s (in memory of her mother), and other causes through her athletic efforts, including the "Bike for Breakthrough" a national virtual event where she was the lead cycling instructor.
At FLYT Performance, coaching is more than training—it’s about empowering athletes and creating lasting impact.
